Trick or Treat

What a fun Halloween!  The kids are a great age this year to make for a fun night of trick-or-treating.

Ava has been wearing her costume for about a week straight.  She even wore it out to breakfast with Honey & Papa this morning.  We weren't sure how well Lincoln would handle his costume but he didn't mind it one bit.  He was a little uncertain about the whole trick-or-treating concept for about the first three houses we visited but then it clicked for him and he was totally down with it.  When we arrived at the next house he would ask for his bag and eagerly head to the door.  He wasn't keen on saying "trick or treat" or "thank you" (he left that part up to his sister) but he was fine with taking candy and he would keep taking until the bowl was out of his reach.  He's my son, are you surprised?  Ava was a pro.  She even ventured over to a couple of the spooky houses so long as someone was holding her hand.  

Now...what to do with all this candy...
