He does this all the time. In the grocery store. In the library. In the bookstore. Everywhere. All the time. There is the "panting" thing and then there is "that-for-which-I-do-not-have-a-description" thing.

OMG! Molly does the same thing. My sister has started calling her little bird because her mouth is always open ( and panting) and that other thingy she does too.
