Bowling

We took the girls bowling, for the first time, this weekend! It was so much fun! Ava loved the shoes, the music, the color of her bowling ball, everything! We learned that Ava is a pretty intense bowler. Like most things in her life, she took it very seriously. From the time she rolled her ball down the alley at a whopping 2.4 mph her eyes did not leave the pins. Samantha, on the other hand, preferred to dance after releasing her ball and she couldn't care less how many pins she knocked down. This frustrated Ava and she would yell at Sam, "Watch it! Watch it! Watch it!" Somehow, they still manage to be BFFs...

They survived a game and a half before they indulged in some chicken nuggets and french fries. I should note that Ava got a spare, too! Perhaps we should consider bowling lessons rather than ballet lessons...
